What if i have any known obstructions?	if you have furtiniture, appliances that need to be moved, a load larger than 30kg or there are several stairs and you do know have anyone to help delievery driver on site, you may be required to order a second man assist.
How do i make a booking?	start by filling out an online quote form- we will get back to you within 12 hours with a quote price and number. If you would like to book later, keep the quote number in handy. When booked we provide you with a 2-4 hour time frame in which the goods may be picked up/dropped off. Priority(18 hours before delievery)- call our office on 0400032483 to get an instant quote.
what happens if there is nobody home at the specified pick up time?
what is a second man assist?	A second man assist is a 2nd person on site who we provide to help us pickup/deliver goods safely and quickly.
what are the payment options?	we offer payment via cerdit card, paypal online or over the phone. Businesses that have a 7knight account have the option of paying via weekly direct debit. please contact out office for more infomantion on business accounts or visit the “accounts” page.
